What actually happens in the AI Readiness Workshop?
One hour with your leadership and the people doing the work. We run a T-Chart Role Audit: every recurring task on your team goes in one of two columns, the ones a machine should carry and the ones that need a human. You leave with that map and an honest read on which gaps are fluency problems rather than tool problems. Nothing is built in this hour, and nothing needs to be.
Will this replace anybody on my team?
No, and any system we would build that did is one we would tell you not to buy. Every deployment assumes your people are the asset. The 10-80-10 rule governs it: your team gives 10 percent direction, AI does 80 percent of the heavy lifting, and your team's judgment delivers the final 10 percent. We are a small team. Is this sized for us?

What happens to our data?
It is mapped before anything is built. Sensitive data handling, PII scrubbing before anything reaches an external model, human-review thresholds, and retention and deletion rules are all scoped in writing. Every agent action has a named approver and a paper trail, which is the AI Governance and Security Foundation doing its job whether or not you buy it separately.
Do you work with businesses outside Central Florida?
Yes. Greater Orlando is where we meet people in person, and clients everywhere else are served remotely with the same three steps.
What if AI is not the right answer for a workflow?
