Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the J.M.S. AI Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Description

J.M.S. AI Solutions provides enterprise AI consulting, AI agent development, workflow automation, strategy consulting, and training services. The scope of each engagement is defined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Intellectual Property

All custom solutions, agents, and workflows developed for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. J.M.S. AI Solutions retains the right to use generalized methodologies and frameworks across engagements.

Limitation of Liability

J.M.S. AI Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
